Exhibition Stall Designer & Graphic Expert

We are looking for a creative and skilled Exhibition Stall Designer cum Graphic Expert to conceptualize, design, and execute innovative exhibition stalls, event spaces, and branding materials.

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site position for an experienced designer based in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating exhibition stalls, developing 3D designs, and producing graphic materials.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing exhibition stalls and event spaces that meet client requirements and brand identity.
  • Developing 2D layouts, 3D models, and rendering presentations using design software.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions.
  • Coordinating with vendors, printers, and fabrication teams for material selection and production quality.
  • Managing timelines, revisions, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent sense of aesthetics, space planning, color, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and construction detailing for exhibition stalls.
  • Strong visualization and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience in exhibition stall design, events, or branding environments.
  • Portfolio demonstrating 3D design projects and graphic design work.
