Job Opportunity

A highly skilled and motivated professional is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Lab Management team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a creative approach to process efficiency and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently handle lab management tasks, including order management, inventory utilization, and task deliverables.
  • Monitor and optimize efficiency and quality of task deliverables by providing process improvement suggestions to clients.
  • Identify problem statements based on user feedback and improve handling methods to ensure enhanced utilization and upkeep of lab assets.
  • Ensure compliance with lab network security, CW enablement, and planning ordering and tracking of lab assets.
  • Mentor team members to effectively perform in their roles and set goals with regular feedback.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in handling hardware lab equipment, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Proficient in at least one inventory management tool and knowledgeable about customs clearance.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities, strong planning, organizing, and time management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of the domain, including inventory store management, lab handling audits, internal and external, and handling shipments surprise audits ODC movements process documentation, and vendor management.

Skill Examples

  • Explain and communicate to customers, estimate time, effort, and resources required for task deliverables.
  • Perform tasks in customer or target lab environments, work in a team environment, and proactively ask for and offer help.
