Cloud HCM Solution Architect Role Overview

The role of a Cloud HCM Solution Architect is pivotal in driving the successful implementation and transformation of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for leading complex HCM transformations and implementations from a solutioning and delivery perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Oracle Cloud HCM Suite, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients and internal stakeholders.">
  • Lead the delivery of exciting projects across our broad client base, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.">
  • Keep up-to-date with Oracle Cloud's latest upgrades and features, providing recommendations to clients on their adoption and implementation.">
  • Understand and champion de Novo's trademark implementation methodology across projects, fostering best practices and quality standards.">
  • Create high-quality documents for client presentations and design documentation, reusable in future projects.">
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide innovative solutions to product gaps and bugs.">

Requirements and Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Oracle HCM Solutions and a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Suite. The ideal candidate will have:

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

">
  • ">
  • At least 10+ years of experience working in Oracle HCM Solutions.">
  • Minimum of 4 end-to-end implementation experience in at least 1 implementation as a Solution Architect.">
  • Mastery in implementing Oracle Global Human Resources (Core HR) in complex business environments such as multinational implementations and/or public-sector rollouts.">
  • Experience in implementing at least two of the following modules: Absence management, Time and Labour, Compensation, Payroll, Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management, Guided Learning.">
  • Experience in a UK implementation is highly advantageous.">

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • An understanding or experience in BI Publisher / OTBI / Data Migration tools.">
  • Experience of multiple industry sectors.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. MBA HR or HR-related qualification will be an added plus.">
