You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the expert guidance of a young, professional, and experienced pastry chef in a small but busy family-owned business.
The role involves baking a wide range of high-quality bakery products, operating multiple machines, making different kinds of dough and icing, cleaning equipment and working areas, and maintaining sound standards of health and safety, as well as food safety standards.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from the Head Chef
Additional Requirements:
You will need to attend TAFE one day per week and work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays and Sundays during busy periods.
