SAP SD DRC Expert

Job Description:

As a seasoned SAP SD DRC professional, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution modules, implementing and managing SAP Document & Reporting Compliance solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and Support SAP SD Modules: Design, implement, and maintain SAP SD systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Implement and Manage SAP DRC Solutions: Develop and execute strategies for effective SAP DRC solution implementation and management.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth integration of SAP SD and DRC solutions.
  • Handle Incident Management and Change Requests: Respond promptly to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and manage change requests to minimize downtime.
  • Support System Upgrades, Testing, and Documentation: Ensure timely system upgrades, thorough testing, and accurate documentation of business processes.
  • Provide User Training and Resolve End-User Issues: Deliver comprehensive training to users and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4 Years of Experience: Proven track record in SAP SD implementation and support, with a strong understanding of SAP SD processes.
  • Strong Knowledge of SAP SD Processes: In-depth knowledge of Sales Order, Delivery, Pricing, Billing, Output Determination, Partner Functions, and other related processes.
  • Experience in SAP DRC (Document & Reporting Compliance): Hands-on experience with SAP DRC solutions, including statutory reporting and E-invoicing.
  • Good Understanding of Integration Points: Familiarity with integration points with FI/CO and MM modules.
  • Experience in GST and Other Statutory Requirements: Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory requirements.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Strong ability to analyze problems, communicate effectively, and manage stakeholder expectations.
