Digital Fundraiser Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Fundraiser to join our team at True-Hope-Foundation. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Optimize Campaigns: Develop and implement Google Ads strategies to increase donations and achieve fundraising goals.
  • Conduct Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct thorough research on keywords and target audiences to ensure effective ad placement and maximum ROI.
  • Analyze and Report Performance: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Fundraising Teams: Work closely with creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay current on Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and crowdfunding strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in the Indian market.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under strict timelines.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Metrics for Success:

  • Achieving and maintaining ROAS of 2+ across campaigns.
  • Steady growth in donation volumes and donor base.
