Visual Design Leader

The Role:
We are seeking a Visual Design Leader to spearhead the development of our visual language across all touchpoints, from digital interfaces and marketing materials to video content, print collateral, and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to shape how the world sees and experiences our brand.

As a Visual Design Leader, you will be responsible for creating stunning visuals while also producing or orchestrating video content that brings our platform to life. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for design in business conversations and push back when the easy answer isn't right.
Develop and maintain our complete visual language system across all mediums - digital, UI, video, print, and emerging platforms.

Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including pitch decks, website pages, product demos, case studies, and sales enablement content.

Own the creative direction for brand and thought leadership videos. Ensure brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.

Present design concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. Lead by example in both creative execution and strategic thinking.

Foster a culture of design excellence and continuous learning. Experience & Background:

5-8 years of visual design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse, visually appealing designs.

Proven track record designing for B2B/enterprise software or technology companies. Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery.

Background in both digital and traditional design mediums, as well as video. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems. Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.

  • Experience with emerging design technologies, and an understanding of how AI can help a brand level up.
Motion graphics and animation skills.
