Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize materials management activities, including scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, and supplier performance measurement.
- Design and execute operational goods flow processes to facilitate the fulfillment process from production planning to material procurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sourcing, engineering, accounting, marketing, and quality assurance to support business strategic goals.
- Identify and develop countermeasures for underperforming key processes and material suppliers.
- Provide leadership in selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel for efficient operation of materials functions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree with 2-3 years of experience.
