Job Overview:
As a pivotal member of our AI infrastructure team, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic implementation and governance of cutting-edge AI tools. Your role will encompass ensuring that our AI initiatives are executed with precision, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Governance: Ensure seamless integration of AI tools, configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data training, and enforce zero-retention policies.
  • Audit Logs and Compliance Reporting: Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • AI Security Layers: Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools, including fine-tuned safety layers, to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Model Performance and Usage Metrics: Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prompt Engineering Optimization: Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs, such as comparing GPT-4 and GPT-4o mini, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures, ensuring seamless operation of AI tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience delivering training and creating documentation.
