Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality test plans and execute them to validate requirements related to CPQ/RLM Implementation.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on CPQ configurations and integrations.
  • Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, Development Team, and across other technology team boundaries.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the CPQ environment.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating QA documentation and test environments.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience working in the IT industry.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Sales cloud experience, particularly Salesforce CPQ, with hands-on QA experience in at least one large full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ Implementation.
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a CPQ environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Revenue cloud will be a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mentality.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
