Site Safety Manager

Job Overview:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Supervise and instruct site personnel on construction safety protocols and regulations.
  • Develop and enforce site safety policies to minimize accidents and injuries.
  • Maintain accurate records of site employee attendance, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Evaluate the performance of site employees and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects meet design, safety, and quality specifications.
  • Analyze site operations and recommend changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
  • CPR and first aid certifications are highly recommended.
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes, construction safety regulations, and risk management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train site personnel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
