Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned digital advertising specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in running paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, with a proven track record of driving results for clients and internal brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic ad campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-performing ad content and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven decisions to optimize for conversions, return on ad spend, and cost per lead.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, audience segments, and landing pages to identify areas for improvement.
  • Produce regular campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in digital advertising platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of paid media key performance indicators like click-through rate, return on ad spend, cost per click, and cost per lead.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or verticals.
