Highly Skilled Software Engineer

As a highly skilled Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing scalable backend systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the development of complex features and mentoring junior engineers.
- You will take ownership of end-to-end feature development and collaborate with architects to design robust systems.
- Clean, modular, and testable code will be your hallmark as you adhere to TDD, design patterns, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Design & Development- Lead the development of key features or services across the backend, collaborating with teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions.
- Champion engineering best practices such as peer reviews, static code analysis, and CI/CD hygiene.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills- Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience working in DevOps-centric environments and using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Understanding of secure coding practices and GDPR-compliant development.
