Job Title

A Solutions Developer will work on designing and building solutions that automate workflows, integrate with Microsoft 365 and external systems, and solve real business problems quickly and safely.

This role is a full-time position, responsible for delivering Copilot agents, standing up core Power Automate flows, and documenting patterns for reuse. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, scripting for integrations, and business partnering.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio: designs and deploys agents; prompt engineering; integrates with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint; understands agent performance metrics.
  • Power Platform expertise: hands-on Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages; builds custom connectors; integrates REST APIs/Azure services into solutions.
  • Scripting for integrations: able to write scripts that send payloads via API calls/webhooks.
  • Business partnering: translates business requirements into scalable AI solutions; collaborates across functions; problem-solves and optimises flows.
  • Qualifications (preferred): Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100/200/400/600) or demonstrable Power Platform title/track record.
