About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Standards Developer to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our Clinical Standards team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data standards across complexity, with a focus on raw data standards and clinical data collection and cleaning components.
Responsibilities
- Develops and Maintains Data Standards: Develop, manage, and maintain one or more Clinical Standards across complexity for raw data standards with data collection and cleaning components.
- Quality Control: Perform independent Quality control to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Plan and lead team activities and tasks, as well as contribute to function recruitment, training, and mentoring.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical subject matter expert in specialized areas of clinical standards, including raw data standards and clinical data collection and cleaning components.
- Clinical Standards Governance: Collaborate with and contribute to Clinical standards governance groups.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: BSc in Information Sciences, Mathematical, Statistical, Computer Science, or Life Science, or equivalent experience.
- Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective team player, excellent English skills, and ability to work independently.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Biometrics functions, such as Data Management, Programming, or Statistics.
