Experience Design Excellence

We're seeking a UX Designer to join our team and help shape intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences across our Edtech content platform.

This is a pivotal role where you'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to transform complex problems into elegant solutions that empower scientists, educators, and learners globally.

About the Opportunity:

You'll be responsible for collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to understand user needs and translate them into seamless user experiences.

A key aspect of this role will be designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces that align with our vision of delivering best-in-class research and education tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions and ensure consistency across products.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and validate ideas.
  • Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and refine designs for maximum impact.
  • Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and component libraries to promote reuse and consistency.
  • Leverage data, usability findings, and market trends to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality expectations.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization, championing the voice of the customer at every stage.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or digital content platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, from research and ideation through prototyping and delivery.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Experience conducting or collaborating on user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
  • A solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, balancing multiple projects with creativity and attention to detail.
