User Experience Design Intern

We are seeking a talented User Experience (UX) Design Intern to join our team and contribute to the design of innovative products and services. As a UX Design Intern, you will play a key role in helping us create user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our users.

About the Role
  • Design Thinking: Participate in brainstorming and design thinking sprints to develop creative solutions to real-world problems.
  • Research: Assist in conducting field studies, usability testing, user interviews, and documenting insights to inform design decisions.
  • UI + Visuals: Contribute to the development of wireframes, UI screens, icons, and prototypes in Figma to bring designs to life.
  • Prototyping: Support the creation of low-to-mid fidelity prototypes to test and refine interactions and transitions.
  • Testing & Iteration: Observe and conduct basic usability tests, prepare feedback reports, and iterate on designs to ensure they meet user needs.
Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop design assets – wireframes, components, UI layouts, or prototypes – to enhance the user experience.
  2. Support UX research – usability testing, field interactions, or documenting user feedback – to inform design decisions.
  3. Collaborate with design team members, share updates, and learn tools/processes hands-on to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Mandatory Skills, Qualifications, Requirements
  • A degree in Design or a related field is preferred, but not required; relevant certification or portfolio can also be considered.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide training and support for our interns.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity is essential.
  • Familiarity with design software such as Figma, Miro, and other tools is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi are a must, and knowledge of regional languages is a bonus.
  • Ability to adapt to new-generation AI tools for research and design is highly valued.
