Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement and support Vendor Invoice Management solutions integrated with SAP.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and support of VIM processes, ensuring smooth and automated invoice processing in alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure VIM solutions to optimize invoice processing.
  • Configure OpenText VIM for SAP including:
  • Invoice capture and validation.
  • Exception handling workflows.
  • Approval processes and escalation paths.
  • Integrate VIM with SAP FI (Accounts Payable), MM (Procure-to-Pay), and Workflow.
  • Support invoice processing through the full lifecycle from scanning to posting.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure system stability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP OpenText VIM configuration and support.
  • Deep understanding of Invoice Management Lifecycle in SAP.
  • Knowledge of:
  • Document Processing (DP)
  • Business Center / ICC / OCR solutions
  • VIM Approval Workflows.
  • Integration with SAP FI, MM, and Workflow (SAP Business Workflow).
  • Experience with VIM exception handling and automation.
  • Experience with S/4HANA VIM is highly desirable.
