Content Development Specialist Role

This role is designed for a skilled professional who can create high-quality content that meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging content for Financial & Business Skills programs
  • Create assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Maintain a comprehensive repository of created content
  • Update Learning Management Systems (LMS) with new content
  • Review and provide feedback on team member and freelancer content
  • Support proposal design and creation
  • Coordinate with graphic designers for content formatting
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training sessions for trainers
  • Facilitate client support activities
  • Prepare trainers for assigned trainings
