Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and controllers.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Manage bank payments and receipts, optimize working capital, and oversee debt servicing and treasury functions.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns.
  • Manage tax audits and assessments, ensuring minimal financial exposure.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and their impact on the organization.

Requirements:

  • Semi-qualified CA, CMA or CS qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally Prime, Odoo) and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
