Chemical Synthesis Expert

This role requires expertise in chemical synthesis using solid and solution phase strategies, either manual or automated synthesizers. The ideal candidate will have experience with peptide purification, analytical characterization of peptides, and writing technical documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purification of peptides and impurities
  • Spectroscopic characterization of peptides
  • Preparation of lab journals and technical reports

Requirements:

  • Ph.D., MSc., or M.Pharm. degree in Chemistry
  • Experience in peptide derived APIs synthesis
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hybrid technologies/molecular biology expertise
  • Process development experience for peptide pharmaceuticals
  • Scale-up process experience
