We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of endpoint privileged access management experience and BeyondTrust administration expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate security incidents promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to users and the business.
  • Administer EPM BeyondTrust solution and workstyles to secure privileged access on Schreiber endpoints.
  • Implement improvements to EPM processes based on best practices, enhancing the overall security posture.
  • Update policies within BeyondTrust utilizing Change Management processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Create, modify, and disable user accounts in the organization's identity management system, adhering to approved policies and procedures.
  • Grant and revoke user access to systems and applications based on approved policies and procedures, maintaining strict adherence to security protocols.
  • Conduct regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security policies and organizational requirements, identifying potential risks and addressing them proactively.
  • Identify and resolve access-related issues and problems efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of IAM policies, procedures, and systems, facilitating easy reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Support compliance efforts by providing documentation and evidence for audits, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide support to users on access management policies and procedures, potentially training them on the IAM system and Security Awareness.
  • Monitor access logs and auditing access activities to identify potential security risks or violations, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, IT, IS, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security, EPM.

Systems/Frameworks:

  • Endpoint Privileged Access Management best practices.
  • BeyondTrust.
  • Microsoft Azure.
  • Microsoft Active Directory.
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Communication:

  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Awareness of cultural habits.
