Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced training professional to join our team as an Advanced Excel Instructor.

This role requires a deep understanding of MS Excel, including advanced functions, cell references, and data analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to excel in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on MS Excel, including advanced features and best practices.
  • Design and implement engaging training materials, incorporating real-world scenarios and case studies.
  • Mentor and coach students to enhance their problem-solving skills and confidence in using MS Excel.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching or training, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in developing and delivering online training content.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for training delivery and client meetings.
