We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Background Verification Expert to join our team at SK Finance Ltd.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end background verification process, ensuring that all new joiners undergo thorough checks before onboarding. This role requires strong expertise in background screening, with knowledge of various verification methods, including address checks, employment checks, education verification, criminal checks, CIBIL checks, and police verification.
Key Responsibilities- Background Check Process Management: Develop and implement efficient processes for conducting background checks, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Record Keeping and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of background checks conducted, tracking the entire process from initiation to completion.
- Vendor Management: Ensure that background verification is initiated through appointed vendors, as per company policy guidelines.
- BGV Knowledge and Expertise: Possess comprehensive knowledge of background verification methods and techniques, with the ability to manage BGC under different circumstances.
- Candidate Eligibility: Assess candidate eligibility for hire based on BGC status and share the same with the Joining team and Recruitment.
- Status Updates: Regularly share the status of background verification with recruiters, business managers, and other internal stakeholders as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in background verification and talent acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of various verification methods, including address checks, employment checks, education verification, criminal checks, CIBIL checks, and police verification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
