Job Summary
Care Insurance is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, investigating and resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years' of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
