Workday Integration Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations using a variety of tools and technologies.

Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and integrations.

The successful candidate will also perform data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Workday data.

Additionally, they will provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and integrations.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting with a strong background in Workday modules, such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Workday HCM, including Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report Writer.

A strong proficiency in EIB, XSLT Transformations, Workday Core Connectors Report as a Service (RaaS) integrations, and Workday Studio is also required.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of HCM business processes.

They should also have exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The role requires a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.

  • Strong background in Workday modules (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits)
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM and related tools
