This is a key position that requires the candidate to have expertise in eye-checks, dispensing, and diagnosis.

As an Optometrist at our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering technical expertise while also being responsible for sales as a critical deliverable.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand unstated customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Eye check-up & dispensing: Following the 12-step Optometry process and sharing prescriptions with customers.
• Product recommendation: Presenting customers with optimal product selections based on preferences.
• Store upkeep & maintenance: Maintaining store standards, cleaning equipment, and ensuring security of assets.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Diploma/ Bachelors in Optometry
• Freshers are eligible to apply
• Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships
• Clear communication and active listening skills
• Adaptability and openness to learn
• Proactive task ownership, result-orientation, and customer-orientation
