As a Senior OTC Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting revenue assurance programs by generating accurate and timely billing to customers. This will ensure that revenue flows smoothly and efficiently.

The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to implement and execute corrective and improvement actions, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.

You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day OTC activities, including ordering capability, commercial inventory management, and invoice production. Additionally, you will handle customer claims in a timely and professional manner, providing support to enable them to place orders and pay bills effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing OTC activities, including ordering, inventory management, and invoice production
  • Ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers
  • Implementing and executing corrective and improvement actions
  • Providing support to customers to enable them to place orders and pay bills
  • Managing customer claims in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior OTC Operations Analyst who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in order and billing management
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in global ordering management and/or billing management, preferably in an international environment
  • Telecommunication industry experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously within predefined tasks and planning
  • High level of competency in all PC applications
