Job Title: Generative AI Engineer

About the Role

We seek a seasoned Generative AI Engineer to drive innovation in our AI/ML team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Generative AI, LangChain, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and frameworks like LangChain.
  • Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for enterprise use cases.
  • Develop and maintain document indexing and vector storage using tools like Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
  • Integrate external data sources and APIs into generative AI solutions.
  • Build and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies for conversational systems.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 4-10 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering, with at least 2 years in Generative AI development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in implementing RAG architectures and working with LLMs.
  • Solid experience with indexing, vector search, and at least one of the following: Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Vespa, or Weaviate.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Streamlit, or Flask.
