Job Title: Senior Manager

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to fill a senior leadership role within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives. Monitor performance against budget and analyze variances to inform decision-making.
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee all accounting activities, including accounts payable, general ledger, and accounts receivable. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance. CA certification is preferred.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
