Content Strategist for Growth

We are looking for a skilled Content Strategist to play a key role in our growth initiatives.

  • Job Description:

The Creative Director will be responsible for assisting marketing and sales teams alike along with the entire content team on all key initiatives. The role would involve 20% data analysis, 40% Content Creation, 40% GTM and operations; and will have 100% ownership of the problem statements you tackle.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing or content production and education/background in Architecture and/or Interior Design. They will have excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing goals.
  2. Hone and enhance the brand voice and identity.
  3. Integrally work with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive company objectives.
  4. Ensure maximum results, and team and individual targets.
  5. Monitor and analyze the performance of creative content.
About You

You're a good fit for this role if...

  • Minimum 1 year's work experience in marketing or content production.
  • Education and/or background in Architecture and/or Interior Design.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early-stage startups.
  • Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solve for aspects that you or the team may encounter the first time or are not familiar with.
