The Cyber Security Network Delivery Manager oversees all aspects of Network and Cyber Security delivery. This includes ensuring customer needs are met, resource planning, staffing needs, cost estimation, budget development, cost control, implementing strategies for service improvement, leading career development and succession management efforts to retain employees, motivate them, and engage them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Cyber Security Network team, oversee 350+ professionals.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve Cyber Security Network strategy in alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Cyber Security Network services.
  • Drive operational excellence, monitor, and analyze performance metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency of Cyber Security Network delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance Cyber Security Network delivery.
  • Continually monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Work closely with other leads and the global Cyber Security Network team to share best practices and ensure a consistent approach across locations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement and cultivating diversity and an inclusive workplace.
  • Support creation and updates of career pathways to increase organization Cyber Security Network skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, organizational policies, and incorporate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into Cyber Security Network delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Several years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in network or cyber security, with a significant portion in a leadership or management role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Network and Cyber Security industry, including the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage performance, and develop talent. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering high-quality service.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of operational best practices in the Cyber Security industry, including process improvement, quality management, and performance metrics.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ability to manage the service line's profitability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Experience managing change, including implementing new processes, systems, or strategies, and leading teams through change.
  • Cultural Awareness: In a global environment, understanding and respecting cultural differences is vital. Experience managing multicultural teams or working with international clients can be beneficial.
