Sharepoint Developer Role Summary

A key role for a skilled Sharepoint Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing custom Sharepoint solutions. This includes web parts, workflows, forms and features using Sharepoint Designer and relevant frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and customize Sharepoint sites, lists, libraries and content types to meet specific business requirements.
  2. Assist in Sharepoint migration projects from on-premises to online environments and version upgrades.
  3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Sharepoint environments ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  5. Document Sharepoint solutions configurations and processes.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Sharepoint Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Sharepoint Online or Server 2016/2019.
  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for building client-side web parts and extensions.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate (Flow) and Power Apps.
  • Understanding of Sharepoint security permissions and site architecture.
  • Experience with version control systems preferably Git.
  • Strong problem-solving analytical skills and excellent communication interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
