We are seeking a seasoned HealthCloud expert to drive the success of our healthcare clients. With 6-10 years of experience, this individual will leverage expertise to align HealthCloud capabilities with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workshops to gather and document client requirements, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Translate healthcare processes into tailored Salesforce solutions, maximizing efficiency.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows to meet client specifications.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HealthCloud features, providing valuable insights and guidance.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Train and educate client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality, promoting successful adoption and usage.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ HealthCloud implementations as a Functional Consultant, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare workflows, including screening, primary care, and aged care.
  • Expertise in FHIR and HL7 standards, with a deep understanding of their applications in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Salesforce HealthCloud Certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
