Key Responsibilities

As a key player in our organization, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application needs.

A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals.

You will engage in discussions with team members to refine designs and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development process, ensuring a seamless integration of applications within the existing infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Collaborate and manage the team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Responsible for making strategic team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decision-making processes.
  • Provide innovative solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must Have: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to ServiceNow.
  • Ability to create detailed documentation for application designs and processes.

Qualification Criteria:

  • The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR).
  • This position is based at our Coimbatore office location.
  • 15 years full-time education is required for consideration.
