Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing and configuring the SOA suite, upgrading 12c environments, and administering JDBC data sources and JMS queues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure the SOA suite in Cluster and Standalone environments for high availability and load balancing support.
  • Upgrade 12c environments, including experience in upgrading 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 as a plus.
  • Configure and administer JDBC data sources and JMS queues, topics, and connection factories for efficient data exchange.
  • Install and configure WebLogic Servers in a Cluster environment for High Availability, Load Balancing, Session Replication, JDBC Connection Pools, Scalability, and Failover support.
  • Handle Disaster Recovery fail-over/fail-back activities to ensure business continuity.
  • Work on LDAP integration with WebLogic 12c Application Server to enhance security and authentication.
  • Analyze and tune JVM heap and GC algorithms to optimize system performance.
  • Manage WebLogic SSL Certificates to ensure secure communication.
  • Apply patches for WebLogic Server using O-Patch Utilities to keep the system up-to-date.
  • Troubleshoot WebLogic SOA-related issues from Log files, incidents, diagnostic tests, and thread dumps to minimize downtime.
  • Configure Work Managers in WebLogic 12c to optimize performance and maintain service-level agreements.
  • Purge old instances and reclaim unused free space by executing DB queries to improve storage efficiency.
  • Automate daily activities using shell scripts and have knowledge on Oracle DB queries related to WebLogic SOA Administration.
  • Have knowledge on Oracle HTTP and Apache web servers to provide seamless integration.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel, other groups, and flexibility to work on rotational shifts.
  • Provide 24/7 basis on-call support for production to ensure prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience on Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration, WebLogic SOA for Dev, QA, UAT, PPE, and Production Environments.
  • Experience in giving Knowledge Transfer to new team members to ensure smooth handovers.
