Job Title: Creative Visionary

We are a nimble and innovative agency that combines the best of advertising, digital marketing, creative branding, and experiential agencies.

As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for taking direction from written or spoken ideas and converting them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs.

You will have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work to support our clients in a fast-paced environment.

  • Conceptualize and design creative concepts and solutions for branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, print materials, and more.
  • Craft compelling visual narratives that effectively convey our clients' messages and captivate target audiences.
  • E nsure the consistent application of brand guidelines and messaging across all design projects.
  • Design graphics for a range of platforms, including digital, social media, print, and web.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns.
  • Interact with clients to understand their design needs, provide creative insights, and present design concepts effectively.
  • Ensure the highest quality of design work, with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience in a branding, creative, digital, or marketing agency.

- Experience designing for healthcare and/or technology companies is a plus.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
