Pega CSSA Engineer Job Overview

As a Pega Dev Engineer, you are responsible for creating smooth and efficient onboarding and other processes related to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in an agile environment with Ops engineers, Business specialists, and other Pega Dev engineers.

The squad is part of the Global KYC Tribe, focusing on business delivery, and you will be part of a Pega Dev Chapter, focusing on engineer craftsmanship. In this context, engineers should perform a wide variety of tasks, such as participating in User Story refinement, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and implementing qualitative applications.

In terms of skills, you should have experience with Pega out-of-the-box features, knowledge of AgileScrum methodology, and proficiency in unit testing. Additionally, you should be able to build applications close to Pega out-of-the-box features and ensure logs do not display unwanted messages and errors. Proactive monitoring of application quality is also essential.

You will participate in manual testing activities, peer review, and fixing incidents and problems. If you are interested in working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and development, then this job may be suitable for you.
