Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Corporate Travel Operations team. As an expert in handling visas, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of international travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail to ensure traveler satisfaction.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on international travel procedures, including vaccination and visa requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Counsel clients on efficient travel routing options and provide consultative services to meet their needs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the travel or visa domain.
  • Degree in any field (Travel and Tourism an advantage).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent business relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and multitask effectively.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
