Job Title: SAP S4 Hana PPDS Implementation Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 Hana PPDS implementation lead to drive our production planning and detail scheduling initiatives forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful rollouts and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead SAP S4 Hana PPDS implementation projects, ensuring successful rollouts and ongoing support.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design robust solutions for Production Planning and Detail Scheduling.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of DS board functionalities and features.
  • Utilize hands-on experience with APO Production Planning heuristics MRP, Configurations like planning board, DS board, Different profiles, PPDS Subcontracting process, Alerts configuration & monitoring.
  • Provide expertise in master data management (BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, etc.).
  • Design and implement Process chain creation, monitoring, and resolution in case of batch job failure.
  • Stay up-to-date on working knowledge of Production orders/Planned orders.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within production planning processes.
  • Support end users with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and SAP PPDS training.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years of experience in SAP S4 Hana PPDS consulting.
  • Strong configuration and implementation knowledge in SAP S4 Hana PPDS with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Knowledge of PPDS and PP.
  • Experience in MRP, demand planning.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
