Sales Specialist for Bioimaging Solutions

Life sciences professionals with a passion for sales and technical expertise are sought after by organizations that specialize in bioimaging. We are looking for an exceptional individual who can provide sales support for our customers and drive the growth of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in biomedical engineering, medical physics, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field, with at least three years of research or industry experience in the field of bioimaging. Alternatively, a strong desire to learn about this field is also acceptable.

This role requires interviewing customers to understand their needs and building deep learning models based on those needs. The ability to create reports that are easy for others to understand, knowledge of programming languages such as Python and R, and expertise in samples in life sciences and digital pathology are essential.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, collaborators, and internal teams to understand needs and challenges, design and conduct bioimaging experiments, analyze and interpret data, and provide technical support and training.

Additionally, the candidate will contribute to the development and improvement of bioimaging products and services through feedback and proposals based on their expertise and experience.

Key qualifications include:

  • PhD in biomedical engineering, medical physics, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field
  • At least three years of research or industry experience in the field of bioimaging
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in sales or customer support roles
