We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role requires the ability to balance analytical thinking with exceptional organizational skills.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, maintaining and optimizing staff schedules that align with forecasted workloads.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with workforce management teams to review forecasts and adjust schedules proactively, managing schedule changes and ensuring service coverage.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience working in a planning or scheduling role within a contact center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning, scheduling and forecasting processes in a contact center environment.
  • Hands-on experience with workforce management (WFM) tools such as Aspect, Alvaria, JEX, NICE, Verint, or Calabrio.

Essential Skills:

  • Data analysis and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Solid understanding of contact center operations and performance metrics (e.g., Service Level, Occupancy, ASA).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in scenario modeling and understanding staffing cost implications.
