We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit and Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our audit function, you will be responsible for conducting audits across multiple business functions to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

  • Audit general administrative expenses, approvals, and vendor payments to identify discrepancies in pricing, quantities, or approvals.
  • Evaluate customer interaction and complaint resolution processes to ensure effective customer service.
  • Review lead tracking, follow-ups, and customer data integrity to ensure accurate sales reporting.
  • Audit CRM compliance with internal controls and reporting accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified CA / CMA with 5-10 years of relevant audit experience in real estate, manufacturing, or audit firms.
  • Familiarity with internal controls, risk assessment, and audit techniques.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software (ERP, Tally, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel.
