This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on the role of Senior Web Developer. As a key player in our e-commerce platform development, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance websites using WordPress and WooCommerce.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new websites, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms.
  • Optimize and customize existing sites, leveraging Elementor templates and plugins.
  • Implement advanced features, including international website functionality, geo-location, multi-currency, and multi-language support.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across all sites, analyzing results and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and data teams to drive ROI growth.
  • Continuously enhance technical performance, SEO, and user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert-level skills in WordPress customization, including themes, plugins, hooks, and filters.
  • Strong knowledge of WooCommerce management, optimization, and scaling.
  • Hands-on experience in CRO strategy, A/B testing, and analytics tracking.
  • Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and PHP for WordPress.
  • A proven track record of increasing conversion rates.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver measurable outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BigQuery and Looker Studio for advanced reporting.
  • SEO and page-speed optimization expertise.
  • Previous experience with international e-commerce platforms.
