Compliance Specialist - Provident Fund Operations

Job Summary:

The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (EPF) for multiple clients. This includes handling reconciliation of EPF-related accounts and transactions, responding to queries in a timely manner, performing accurate calculations of Employee Provident Fund contributions, conducting quality control checks, preparing and filing statutory reports, and ensuring all employee queries are answered within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (EPF) for multiple clients.
  • Handle reconciliation of EPF-related accounts and transactions.
  • Respond to EPF-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions.
  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks for EPF operations.
  • Prepare and file statutory reports.
  • Ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the Employees Provident Fund Act and allied statutory laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
