Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Engineer to manage our Palo Alto Firewall and Panorama. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in network security, with expertise in remote infrastructure management and firewall configuration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the security infrastructure of IT systems, including firewalls, VPNs, and upgrades.
  • Engage with clients, providing information about projects and troubleshooting issues.
  • Apply policies and standards to all projects, ensuring compliance and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Basic Routing and Switching Concepts: Good understanding of routing protocols, subnetting, and switching fundamentals.
  2. Remote Infrastructure Management: Experience in managing and monitoring remote networks, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  3. Palo Alto Firewalls: Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto firewalls, including URL filtering, file blocking, and security profiles.
  4. Network Security Threats: Ability to review threat logs and provide solutions for intrusions and compromises.
  5. Authentication Methods: Knowledge of radius and tacacs authentication methods.
  6. IOS Upgrades: Good knowledge of IOS upgrades and software strategies.
