Automation Tester

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of quality engineering experience and a strong software automation testing mindset.

  • Create UI Automation Frameworks and Test Suites using Selenium, Cucumber, Page Object Design Pattern, Page Factory, TestNG.
  • Develop API / Backend Automation Frameworks and Test Suites using Rest Assured, Junit, Mockito, Spring Boot, Cucumber , Kafka/ MQ, Wiremock, PostGres.
  • Design and implement Cloud and CI/CD solutions using AWS, Azure, Docker & Kubernetes, Jenkins.
  • Perform functional testing in different phases of software development life cycle and in CI/CD projects.
  • Lead a small team and exhibit leadership qualities.
  • Test scalable web services (REST or SOAP) and APIs in a microservices architecture.
  • Scripting languages like Perl, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Shell scripting.
  • Performance testing using Scala/Jmeter.
  • Java Script based automation framework, example - Cypress.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Java, Karate, JavaScript, Cypress/Python.
  • Proficiency with automation testing tools and/or other comparable technologies.
  • Experience of creating/maintaining Test Beds and Test Docs.
  • Knowledge of software development, software design, and overall system architecture.
