Our organization is looking for a skilled and creative interior stylist to collaborate on various styling and sourcing projects across residential, hospitality, and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, the ability to communicate effectively, and a passion for storytelling through spaces.

  • Collaborative Work:
    • Partner with senior stylists to conceptualize and execute interior styling projects.
    • Assist in procuring and arranging furniture, decorative items, lighting fixtures, and accessories for residential, hospitality, and show-flat projects.
    • Develop mood boards, styling mock-ups, and visual presentations to showcase designs to clients.
  • Project Execution & Coordination:
    • Be actively present at project sites to support installations, styling setups, and photo shoots.
    • Ensure that products are placed and styled according to the design intent.
    • Coordinate with vendors, logistics teams, and quality control specialists to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Research & Inspiration:
    • Monitor global and local interior styling trends, materials, and finishes.
    • Conduct research to identify innovative styling ideas that can be adapted to Indian contexts.
    • Maintain an internal library of inspiration for future reference.
  • Client & Team Collaboration:
    • Support client-facing presentations and styling pitches.
    • Work with procurement and design teams to create styled boards for approval.
    • Collaborate with photographers, content creators, and social media managers for styled photo shoots.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Styling, or related field.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with an ability to communicate effectively and tell stories through objects and spaces.
  • Proficiency in CAD/SketchUp and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva/Keynote).
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor coordination (furniture, furnishings, decor).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
