Job Title: .Net Application Support Manager

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced .Net Application Support Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to client-facing employees and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net Core, C# and SQL DB skills, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include resolving technical issues, performing root cause analysis, monitoring alerts, and coordinating with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for documenting troubleshooting guides and FAQs, and recommending ways to optimize business performance by presenting solutions to existing challenges.

The role requires a thorough understanding of incident management processes and strong communication skills to provide timely status updates on issue resolution.

  • 15+ years of experience in .Net Core, Strong C# and SQL DB skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Excel and data processing/analysis using excel
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • DevOps: Azure DevOps
  • Source Control : GIT
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Desirable qualifications include good knowledge of Angular and experience in the Capital Market domain.
