Industrial Maintenance Specialist

A Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring optimal machine shop performance by leveraging appropriate maintenance tactics through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodology.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support daily production activities in the machine shop to achieve desired outcomes
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Fanuc Robo Drill, Micromatic Grinders, Marposs Gauging System, Induction Hardening, Rotary Milling, Honing, Fanuc Robots, Fanuc CNC System, CC-link network, Mitsubishi PLC, and Siemens PLC
- Optimize spare part planning to minimize repeat failures and develop local solutions for imported spares
- Provide training on Fanuc Robots according to product requirements
- Implement Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) techniques in the machine shop to resolve equipment malfunctions and system faults leading to equipment failure
- Proficiency in TPM methodology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to optimize spare part planning and reduce costs
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Familiarity with Fanuc Robots, CNC Systems, and industrial automation technologies
